The staff made me feel at home, and the restaurant offered a unique taste experience. The hotel had a pleasant garden and a swimming pool in summer. A smart and highly professional establishment indeed!

Who needs soundproofing? I loved hearing every noise from the paper-thin walls and the stomping guests.

The hotel had a great swimming pool where our kids had a blast swimming and playing. It was the perfect spot for them to cool off and enjoy some water fun during our stay. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a safe environment for the little ones. We also took advantage of the nearby point of water where we could rent pedal boats. It was a fantastic experience for the whole family, and we spent a lovely afternoon exploring the water while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. the hotel's facilities for water activities were a major highlight of our trip.

My wife says that it would have been nice to have a dedicated play area for young children. While the swimming pool was great, having an additional space with age-appropriate activities and equipment would have enhanced the experience for families with little ones.

This hotel is a real gem in terms of value for money. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and facilities offered. The attention to detail is commendable, with everything from basic amenities to the rooms with a beautiful view taken care of. And speaking of the rooms, they are not only clean and comfortable, but some even come with air conditioning and a view of the gardens. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious options to start the day.

This is a lovely hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds large and comfortable. A perfect place for a holiday. we have been here before and will go again. The owners really care!

The only fault may be the pillows but that is a french problem or maybe it is my problem!

Lovely hotel with charming staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. We rarely eat in the hotels in which we stay but were persuaded to on this occasion and loved it.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for both accommodation and dining. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean and neat rooms that have separate toilets and a small bathroom. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable, virtually right in the center of town with ample parking available both at the front and the back of the hotel.

The food was exceptional, haute cuisine. We asked for demi pension and this was terrific value for money. The hotel was situated ideally for walking to the town and river. The swimming pool was very clean and warm. Very relaxing place to stay.

Everything from the reception to the wonderful food, excellent room and service. We would highly recommend this Hotel and be assured we shall return at the earliest opportunity.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean and quiet, the hotel facilities including the heated pool and garden were amazing. The location is very convenient with ample parking and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The bedroom and bathroomn were spacious and the balcony overlooking the garden/restaurant and the hills was lovely. Parking was private internet reception was good.

Even though the bath was a spa bath we still prefer a shower cubicle to shower over bath

We used the hotel on way out and back from our house in Anduze. On way out the evening meal was truly excellent. on the way back the main course was not up to the same standard.

The restaurant was superb!!! We splashed out on the E37 menu and it was well worth it-----imaginative and very well presented and cooked.We were also made to feel very welcome -----the room was very comfortable and even had a jacuzzi bath!!! We intend to stay at this hotel again and would thoroughly recommend it.
